Opportunities

Quantity Surveyor

In this role, you will be responsible for providing great service to our clients and liaising with our builders and subcontractors.
This is a position for a well-organised individual that can work autonomously. You will need to be well presented, a very professional communicator as well as:

  • Knowledge of the construction industry; read and understand drawings and plans
  • Complete pricing estimates to design and submit competitive quotes
  • Design project scopes, managing site safety and meeting client KPI’s
  • Liaise effectively with our builders and sub-contractors

Tertiary students currently studying for qualifications in Quantity surveying or Construction management are encouraged to apply.

Carpenters

We provide a professional and supportive work culture focused on clear communication and two-way reliability for our employees.
To be successful in this role:

  • Certificate III in Carpentry & 1 year work experience / Cert IV Carpentry or Completion of a recognised apprenticeship
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Capable of carrying out external tasks, be reliable and have attention to detail
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings and plans and be willing to ask questions
  • Must take pride in their craftsmanship and be actively involved in maintaining a clean, tidy, safe and healthy workplace
  • Successful applicants will receive experience in both commercial and residential projects; previous experience highly regarded.

To be considered you must have a white card, a valid driver’s license, your own vehicle and your own tools.
